Guidelines for reviewers

All the reviews routinely reflect on the following (see the Peer Review Form):

·         The general description of the article.

·         The general characteristic of the range of issues discussed in the article.

·   Correspondence of the problematics of the article to the range of issues typically discussed in the relevant section of the journal.

·          The topicality of the issues discussed in the article.

·          Evaluation of the content and structure of the manuscript.

·         Compliance of the article with the Manuscript Submission Guidelines.

·   Conclusion on the possibility for publication in the journal: recommended without revision/ recommended after revision/ not recommended for publication in the journal.

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Editorial Board is to provide the reviews for the manuscripts recommended for publication to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in a mandatory manner upon relevant demands, as well as to forward the reviews to the authors of the articles.
