The First Monograph about Governorate Right-Wing Politicians of Vladimir Governorate at the Beginning of the 20th Century. The monograph under review is the first in historiography fundamental and in-depth research of the right wing in the party system, written on the example of Vladimir Governorate. In this work, I.V. Omel'yanchuk attempts to summarize the results of his enduring research of the right-wing organizations of Vladimir Governorate, starting from their creation in the autumn of 1905 and until the termination of their activity in the summer–autumn of 1916.
